Fig jam

Widely used in the preparation of pastry filled cookies and Christmas cakes. Its sweet taste and texture make it an excellent product in combination with cheese.
Ingrdients rehydrated dry fig , sugar, sorbic acid - Used fruit 240 g. out of 100 g. of jam - Sugar concentration 65 g. out of 100 g. of jam
