White bitter-sweet onions with vincotto

- White onions 700gr.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- half cup of strong vinegar
- Butter for cooking
- salt and pepper

| Boil the onions in water and strong vinegar, drain and cook medium. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onions salt, pepper and sugar making them cook slowly. Before serving sprinkle with Solandia vincotto |
