Preparation method

Cut into thin slices the pork fillet, season with salt, pepper and spices, then dust with flour on both sides. Then place them in a pan with hot olive oil, add the butter and mildly cook the whole with dry white wine. When cooked, add Solandia Vincotto, after a minute, bring to table with preferred vegetables.
