Take the chicken breasts, remove the Y bone and leave as it is (do not slice into steaks) Cook in pan until they become brown. Then, remove from the pan and slice them, meanwhile put in the pan a little of oil and a onion and get them brown, add Solandia vincotto and then replace the chicken slices in this souce and cook for a while. Serve the chicken with mixed raw or cooked vegetables.
