Mostaccioli (Typical Christmas Apulian cake)
Ingredients |
- 1000g. flour
- 400g. sugar
- 20g. ammonia
- 20g. chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate
- cinnamon, orange and lemon zest
- vincotto Solandia q.b.

Preparation method |
Mix all the ingredients adding Solandia Vincotto up to reach a soft mixture. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in oven 180° for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into diamond shapes. Store in a tin box |
