Ingredients
  • 1000g. flour
  • 400g. sugar
  • 20g. ammonia
  • 20g. chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate
  • cinnamon, orange and lemon zest
  • vincotto Solandia q.b.
Preparation method
Mix all the ingredients adding Solandia Vincotto up to reach a soft mixture. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in oven 180° for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into diamond shapes. Store in a tin box
