Ingredients
  • 300g wheat
  • the beans of 2 pomegranates
  • 200g chopped dark chocolate
  • 500g nuts
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • cinnamon
  • vincotto Solandia
Preparation method

Keep the wheat in water for 24 h. Cook in water until it becomes soft, drain and let it cool. Once cooled, add the pomegranate, the grape, chocolate and chopped walnuts, cinnamon and refrigerate. Before serving, season with plenty of Solandia vincotto
